Mid to high waist, zip fly, straight leg, all cotton, medium wash jeans by Wrangler.

Waist- 31”
Rise- 11.75”
Hips- 40.5”
Inseam- 30.5”

Model is 5’10” / 28” waist / 38” hips. These were a bit roomy in the waist for the model.
