80s Tie Back Vest

DESCRIPTION
I don’t know how to describe the pattern other than it looks like a tie in the best way possible. Button front with faux pocket flaps and a tie back. All polyester with an acetate lining. So. Cute. 

MEASUREMENTS
PTP- 19”
Length- 19.5”

Model is 5’10” / 35” bust. This fit me well with a good amount of room to spare. 

CONDITION
Faint blemish near bottom buttons. Please carefully review photos.
