70s Handmade Mary Maxim Deer Sweater

Handknit sweater in bright blue with deer image on the back. Zip front with pockets above the waistline.

Model is 5’10” / 35” bust.

CONDITION
Some sort of surface stain, seemingly glue? Unsure what it is exactly, but it feels like dried glue. Please review photos.
