50s A-line Dress

DESCRIPTION
I’m admittedly not great with fabrics, so I’m unsure of the content. It’s sheer, flowy and drapes very nicely. Buttons all the way down the front. Single hook and eye closure at waist. Subtle navy blue and off-white checkered print. 

MEASUREMENTS
PTP- 19.25”
Shoulder- 15.5”
Sleeve- 11”
Waist- 28.5”
Shoulder to waist- 17.5”
Length- 47”

Model is 5’10” / 35” bust / 28” waist / 38” hip. Quite roomy on me, but I enjoyed the fit nonetheless. 

CONDITION
The fabric is thin and fairly delicate, so there’s some minor stress spots. Has belt loops but no belt. One of the loops has come unattached on one side. See photos. Overall great condition for its age.
